Shipped work is guaranteed to arrive safe and sound. If for any reason this is not the case, the work will be replaced at no charge. Photo documentation required for proof of damage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the work is not to the customer’s liking, it may be returned or exchanged. Work must be safely repacked and returned at the customer’s expense. To ensure a safe return, we recommend using UPS for guaranteed packing and trackable shipping (http://www.theupsstore.ca/services/pack-ship/shipping-canada/). Upon safe return, the customer will be reimbursed, minus a small re-processing fee on larger items to be determined in advance with Okanagan Pottery. We make every effort to make our customer’s shopping experience simple and straightforward.
